The spacious kitchen/breakfast room is a good sized room at the back of the house with French doors to the garden. There is a chunky oak table and eight leather chairs in the eating area and the kitchen is fully equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, extractor fan, double electric oven and hob, toaster, microwave. There is a good selection of china and glass, equipment and utensils.

On the first floor are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, dressing table, fitted wardrobe and door to ensuite shower room with walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin. The second bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobe and the third bedroom has a single bed with further single under with fitted wardrobe and drawers. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and wash hand basin.

There is original artwork throughout the house, ranging from scenic shots of Camber to eclectic sculpturing.

Outside, the grass garden is fully enclosed with a decked patio area, tables and chairs and a barbeque, and a side gate leading to the parking area with space for two cars and further parking available on the road.
