Seashell Cottage has been beautifully furnished with comfort in mind and has a sunny back garden which is perfect for relaxing in at the end of the day. The historic town of Rye with its interesting shops and restaurants is only a few miles away and is well worth a visit.

This self catering Sussex holiday cottage in Rye is a charming weather boarded luxury holiday cottage in excellent condition within five minutes of Camber Sands, in Sussex. This Sussex holiday cottage would make an ideal self catering holiday base for all the family with lots to see and do right on your doorstop - there are many water sports available on the Camber Sands beach and lessons can be booked if required or just sit back and enjoy the view and build sandcastles on the miles of golden Sussex sand.
The self catering holiday cottage in Sussex is as pretty as a picture inside and the owners of this Sussex home have lovingly furnished it with comfort in mind and yet have tried to make it as practical as possible for a holiday home in Sussex.
There is a sunny enclosed garden to the rear of this Sussex holiday cottage - ideal for relaxing and enjoying your vacation or having a barbeque!
The front door leads through to a hallway with staircase to the first floor and guest cloakroom.
The sitting room is to the left with two large comfy sofas, coffee table, armchair, coal-effect electric fire, flat screen TV with built-in Freeview, and DVD.
The spacious kitchen/breakfast room is light and sunny with French doors to the garden. The kitchen is very well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, extractor fan, double electric oven and hob, toaster, and microwave. There is dining for six at a circular table.
On the first floor are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has double bed, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe and door to ensuite shower room with walk-in shower, WC and wash hand basin. The second bedroom has two twin beds and chest of drawers, and the third bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and wash hand basin.
Outside, the garden is fully enclosed with a patio area, tables and chairs and a barbeque. A side gate leads to the parking area, with dedicated space for one car available in front of the garage. Further parking is available on the road.
This self catering holiday cottage is located in Camber Sands, in Sussex. This area of Sussex is renowned for its wonderful sandy beaches - there is much to do at the Camber Sands beach including kite surfing, wind surfing and land yachting - with lessons provided if required!
The nearby smugglers town of Rye, in Sussex, seems a world away with its winding medieval streets, antique shops and tea rooms but is a definite must during your stay at this luxury Sussex holiday cottage! Further afield Hastings with its wealth of 1066 history is within easy reach of the Sussex holiday cottage and inland Battle Abbey, Sissinghurst Castle and gardens and Leeds Castle are also truly memorable experiences for you to make the most of whilst staying in this self catering holiday cottage in Sussex.
Within a couple of miles from this self catering holiday cottage in Sussex are several good links golf courses and day sea fishing and riding can also be arranged. Bikes can be hired for a cycle inland during your stay in this Sussex holiday cottage, to explore the wonderful unspoilt countryside of Romney Marsh.
