This pretty weather boarded coastal holiday cottage in Sussex is ideal as a self catering holiday cottage - stylish contemporary living, light and sunny and within minutes of the Camber Sands beach in Sussex! The Sussex holiday cottage has a real 'New England' feel and has been finished to the highest standard to make your stay in Camber Sands, Sussex, very comfortable.
The owner of this self catering holiday cottage in Sussex has sympathetically furnished 'Offshore' in fresh blues and whites with touches of sea grass to complement the seaside feel of this coastal Sussex holiday cottage.
This Sussex holiday cottage has a private courtyard garden to the rear with seating, ideal for enjoying the peace and quiet of Camber Sands in Sussex.
The front door leads into a hallway with space for coats and boots. The sitting room has sofa grouped around the fireplace, TV, DVD, radiator, laminate flooring, dining for four at the collapsible table and a very well equipped kitchen with every conceivable machine including, microwave, extractor fan, electric hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher. A side door leads to the garden. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer and back door. A guest cloakroom with wc, basin and radiator leads off this room. The under stairs cupboard has stair gate and travel cot.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, both with double beds, bedside tables and lamps, radiator, one has a wardrobe. The attractive white bathroom has bath with overhead shower, wc, basin and towel rail.
Outside the garden has decking and space to play, seating, side gate to parking area and a carport.

Winter heating charge of £4.50 per night payable from 1st October to 30th April. Refundable security deposit of £100 payable. Travel cot available. Dogs welcome (except very large dogs) at a charge of £20 per week per dog. Please note that building works will be taking place on the development after Easter which are likely to continue until June. Please note that hand towels only are supplied at this property so please bring your own bath towels.
