This enchanting Sussex holiday cottage is nestled in a lovely rural position a couple of miles from the historic town of Rye in Sussex.

The owners have thought of everything to make this self catering holiday cottage in Sussex, as luxuriously comfortable as possible. This holiday cottage has just been refurbished to a high standard with excellent quality fittings throughout the whole Sussex holiday cottage. The lovely mix of antiques and good quality traditional furnishings make the interior of this holiday cottage near Rye really charming.

Steps lead from the Sussex holiday cottage's spacious sitting room to the small private garden beyond with outlooks, and access to, adjacent farmland. Here you can enjoy views of unspoilt Sussex countryside.

Boonsfield Farm Cottage Holiday Accommodation

Boonsfield Farm Cottage is approached from a shared driveway into a spacious hallway with oak flooring.

A door leads into the beautifully presented sitting room. A large comfortable sofa and armchair surround a wood burning stove. Interesting artwork, tables with elegant lamps and luxurious cream rug covering the oak flooring make this an extremely comfortable room. A TV, sound system, DVD player and Freeview have been provided for use during your stay. French doors lead from this room to the fully enclosed cottage garden.

The modern fitted kitchen has stylish white units with wooden work surfaces and is well equipped with oven and grill, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric hob and extractor fan. There is a breakfast bar with two stools and a pretty view across the surrounding fields.

The master bedroom is incredibly spacious and has amazing views of the surrounding countryside. The king-size double bed has been beautifully dressed with fresh cotton bed linen. Bedside tables and lamps as well as pretty floral prints adorning the walls give the room a romantic feel. The double bed can also be separated making 2 singles if this is your preference, please let us know at time of booking. Fitted wardrobes offer plenty of storage during your stay. A flat screen TV has also been provided.

The modern white bathroom is fully fitted with tiled floor and bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin. The owner has thoughtfully provided fluffy cotton towels for use during your stay.

Outside there is a small private garden with an abundance of pretty cottage garden plants and shrubs and overlooks the surrounding countryside. A wooden bench along with an outside dining table and chairs invite you to take in the peace and quiet of this idyllic location whilst enjoying a chilled glass of wine. A BBQ has also been provided.
