This Sussex holiday house has a good sized garden which completely surrounds the self catering holiday house with a hard tennis court at one end and lots of parking on the driveway. The house is entered through the side door from the driveway into a long tiled hallway with coat hooks and plenty of boot space. There is a lovely double aspect sitting room with comfy sofas (seating 8 people), an open fire, TV and doors to the paved terrace and garden.
The dining room with its pretty bay window is at the front of the house with seating for eleven at the large dining table and charming display cupboards full of pretty china and pottery. An archway leads into the extremely well equipped kitchen with every machine your heart might desire (including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, radio, juicer electric oven and gas hob). The utility room leads off the kitchen with washer/dryer and useful storage cupboards.
There is a large family bedroom on the ground floor with three single beds, TV, video, DVD and several family games and toys. Opposite the lovely spacious ground floor bathroom with corner Jacuzzi bath, walk in shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
Stairs from the hallway lead to the first floor where there are four double bedrooms (one king size double, one standard double, two twin beds). These are charmingly furnished with new beds and pretty floral bedspreads picking out the pastel shades of the fresh colour scheme. The family bathroom has bath with integral power shower, toilet and wash hand basin. The landing and front two bedrooms have truly stunning views of Romney Marsh and towards the sea beyond.
Outside there is a large garden laid mainly to lawn - ideal for the odd game of footie (or cricket!) with hard tennis court. The spacious terrace has seating and a barbeque overlooking the main lawn. The driveway will take several cars.

The Hythe to Dymchurch Light Steam Railway is also well worth a visit during your stay in this Sussex holiday house as it winds its way from Dungeness to Hythe all along the coast - take a picnic and stop off on the way!
Coal and logs for the fire are provided. There is a stairgate at the top of the stairs, and there is one highchair available at the property. There is an additional charge for heating from 1st October to 30th April of £11 per night. Pets are welcome as long as they behave themselves. A refundable security deposit of £250 is payable with the balance of the rent. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Unfortunately, if guests do not comply with this request, deductions may be made from the security deposit. We regret that no short breaks are available during the high season at this property.
