This self catering Sussex holiday cottage has just been completed to the very highest of standards in this attractive new development just by the sand dunes at Camber Sands, in Sussex.
The owner of this luxury holiday cottage in Sussex has made the Sussex home a lovely contemporary mix of pales creams and beiges, glass and chrome to give a really cosy feeling to this charming holiday cottage. A particular feature of this Sussex holiday cottage is the fully enclosed rear garden, ideal for sitting and relaxing, enjoying a glass of wine or barbeque - and safe for the children to play!
The long sandy beaches of Camber Sands, in Sussex, stretch as far as the eye can see - ideal for long walks or a bucket and spade holiday with miles of sand. The Sussex village in which this holiday cottage is located has a great mix of convenience stores, ice cream parlours and the renowned restaurant 'The Gallivant'.

The weather-boarded cottage is approached through the front door into a cosy hallway. This leads to the open plan sitting room with a comfy sofa and two armchairs surrounding the fireplace with flame effect electric fire, TV with DVD and Video, and Sky.
The kitchen has every conceivable machine including electric oven and hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave with a door leading to the garden. Upon arrival, milk is provided in the fridge, together with tea, coffee and sugar. The washer/dryer and a dedicated drinks fridge are in the utility room. In addition on this floor is a guest cloakroom with a wide disabled access door. A selection of board games are stored in the downstairs cupboard.
Upstairs the rooms are finished to a high standard in pretty pale aqua shades. The main bedroom has a queen size double bed, and TV. The second double room has twin beds. The bathroom is fully tiled with shower over the bath. There is a basket in the bathroom containing shower gel, bath oils, sachets of shampoo, and hand cream. Outside there is a fully enclosed rear garden. The shed contains child's cricket bat and stumps, child's bucket and spade, shuttlecocks and 4 racquets, and a football. The garden has a side gate to the carport. There is also a communal garden to the front of the property which guests are welcome to use. Further parking is available on the road.

Camber Sands is the ultimate sandy beach with a mile long stretch of beach to the south of the smugglers town Rye for you to enjoy during your stay at this holiday cottage in Sussex. The sands stretch as far as the eye can see in both directions and at low tide the sea can be as much as half a mile from the Sussex sand dunes!
Rye, 5 miles to the north of this self catering holiday cottage in Sussex, is a wonderful mix of winding medieval streets, antique shops and boutiques and the 'Olde worlde' charm of a port famous for its smuggling. The Sussex town has a water sports centre and tennis courts for you to enjoy during your stay at this Sussex holiday cottage. The unspoilt marshlands of Romney Marsh, in Kent and near Sussex, are beloved of painters for its light and skies, lying just north of Camber and thus not far from this holiday cottage in Sussex. Romney Marsh is ideal for long country walks and bird watching with the odd stop off at the many village pubs that are scattered throughout the stunning countryside.
Those staying at this self catering holiday cottage in Sussex who like to golf, there are courses at both Littlestone and the championship course at Rye itself. Free broadband is provided, together with use of the telephone of up to £10 worth of call charges per week. Any guests who incur more than £10 worth of telephone call charges per week will have the cost deducted from their security deposit. Dogs welcome. A refundable security deposit of £100 is payable. Saturday changeover day but owner can be flexible so please contact us regarding any other arrival day. Travel cot and highchair available.
