The front door of The Old Library leads into the open plan living area, with large comfortable sofas and views through the french doors overlooking the south facing garden. A large TV, DVD Freeview and an i-pod docking station are provided for use during your stay.

The dining area benefits from large windows on three side of the house and is swathed in light from morning until early evening giving a bright and cheerful feel to the room. The large farmhouse table comfortably seats 6, ideal if you are wanting to enjoy a family feast and there is an additional table where children can sit separately. A pine sideboard laden with plentiful glass, china and crockery compliments the decor. The well equipped kitchen flows from the dining area and holds a multitude of appliances, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and gas hob, and fridge-freezer as well as a washing machine, making life easier for you during your stay

A hallway leading from the kitchen leads you through to the first of the two downstairs bedrooms, the first being a twin room dressed with crisp aqua coloured bed linen, a bedside table and lamp finish the room perfectly. The second of the downstairs bedrooms has a super kingsize double bed which can convert into twin beds with huge windows and high ceilings giving the room a feeling of space and tranquillity. A wardrobe and chest of drawers offers you ample storage during your stay.

The downstairs bathroom is adjacent to the bedrooms and is fully fitted to include a double sized shower, basin and WC.

The stairs lead from the hallway and into a study area with large desk big enough for children and adults alike to enjoy some of the board games that the owner has thoughtfully provided for use during your stay, or an ideal place to set up a laptop computer. WIFI is provided here.

The master bedroom has cream coloured carpets, a double sized bed dressed in fresh pale blue bed linen, two bedside lamps and large fitted wardrobe. Two steps lead to a lounge area within the master bedroom, with distant sea views and 2 comfortable chairs surrounding a coffee table ideal for a relaxing hour reading a book or an ideal place to relax over coffee and croissants first thing in the morning. The en-suite bathroom includes a shower cubicle, bath, WC and wash hand basin.

Outside, there is a fully-enclosed garden with a decking area, table, chairs, and a parasol as well as a barbeque to make use of during your stay. There is parking for up to 2 cars on the front drive of The Old Library.
