The front door leads through to a hallway with a staircase to the first floor and a guest cloakroom.
The spacious double aspect kitchen area, leading from the hallway is a good sized room with French doors to the garden. There is a chunky oak table and eight chairs in the eating area and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, extractor fan, double electric oven and hob, toaster, microwave and washing machine. There is a good selection of china and glass, equipment and utensils.
The Hallway leads onto bedroom 4 with twin beds dressed in nautical theme bed linen, a bedside table and lamp.
On the first floor is the lounge with a large l-shaped sofa, a comfortable chair and 2 bean bags, electric coal effect fire, flat screen TV, DVD and digibox. WiFi is also available at The White House. The French doors lead onto the south facing sunny balcony, perfect to sit on and relax with a glass of wine and watch the sunset.
The second bedroom has double French doors with a Juliette balcony allowing the light to flood into the room. The double bed, bedside tables and lamps and an antique double wardrobe, are complimented perfectly by the cream coloured bed linen giving the room a luxurious feel.
On the 2nd floor the master bedroom has a kingsize bed dressed with crisp white linen, chest of drawers, double fitted wardrobe and door to the ensuite shower room with walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin. The third bedroom has bunk beds with further pull out single bed, and freestanding wardrobe with drawers under, offering plenty of storage space during your stay. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and wash hand basin.
Outside, the lawned garden is fully enclosed with a patio area, table, chairs and parasol for your use during your stay and a side gate leading to the parking area with space for one car and further parking available on the road.

The historic town of Rye is just 5 miles to the north of Camber Sands and has interesting winding medieval streets full of antique shops, boutiques and a vast array of pubs and restaurants. A working fishing port ensures a constant supply of fresh fish which can be bought directly from the Quay as well as the famous Rye Bay Scallops - a real delicacy.
For water sports, Rye has its own centre where your can sail, windsurf or canoe, and tuition is available for those who want it. For the more adventurous why not have a go at kite surfing, there are several local companies which offer this and it looks so much fun! With two famous golf courses and a tennis club in Rye there is enough to keep all sports fanatics busy for days.
Why not visit the recently opened Jerwood Gallery in Hastings, situated right on the seafront and nestled between the famous Hastings fishing huts and the historic old town.
