A white picket fence greets you at the front door of this pretty double-fronted property at Beachcomber Cottage. You enter a small entrance lobby, and then a second door leads into the light and spacious dining room, decorated in neutral colours with a large marble effect dining table which comfortably seats 8, the perfect place to enjoy a meal with family and friends after a day at the beach. A door to the left leads you to a downstairs cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin.

The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and 2 cosy looking chairs surrounding the stylish fireplace giving the room a welcoming feel. Occasional tables and stylish lamps finish the room off beautifully. Attractive French doors invite the natural sunlight to filter into the room and lead into the pebbled garden. There is a 40" Sony flat screen TV and DVD player, the owners have thoughtfully provided some children's DVD's, books and board games for use during your stay, perfect for keeping the little ones entertained!

The state of the art kitchen is fully fitted with brand new appliances including Dishwasher, AEG Electric Hob, AEG Electric Oven, Extractor Fan, and Microwave. Cream wooden units with dark work surfaces and pale walls, along with the tiled flooring give the room a luxury feel. There is a round breakfast table with four chairs, useful for children's breakfasts or your morning coffee. Double french doors lead onto the decked area which has a round bistro table and chairs. A barbeque is provided and the garden is fully enclosed with pot plants and a gravelled area beyond the decked seating. Next to the kitchen is a large utility room with AEG washing machine, AEG tumble dryer and large sink. Beachcomber Cottage has full gas central heating and constant hot water, very important for any beach location!

Stairs lead from the dining area to the first floor where you will find 4 good sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed dressed with crisp cotton bed linen in shades of turquoise and brown. Bedside tables and pretty lamps give the room a feeling of luxury. Fitted wardrobes as well as several chest of drawers offer plenty of storage space during your stay. A flat screen TV has been provided. The ensuite shower room is beautifully finished and has a large power shower, WC, basin, large heated towel rail and is fully tiled. Fluffy white towels have been provided for your use.

The second bedroom has a double bed dressed in crisp white cotton bed linen, the matching bedside tables and modern lamps compliment the room perfectly giving the room a romantic feel. A chest of drawers, fully fitted wardrobes and a dressing table make the room extremely comfortable. This room also benefits from a flat screen television.

The third bedroom has matching twin beds, with pretty floral bed linen, a bedside table and lamp. A flatscreen TV and Playstation have been provided.

The fourth bedroom has a single bed dressed in cotton bed linen in shades of black and white with bedside table and lamp. As with the other bedrooms there is a flat screen TV.

The family bathroom has a large bath with shower attachment, WC, wash hand basin and full length heated towel rail. Fluffy white towels have been provided for use during your stay.

Parking is private in the garage or driveway, adjoining the property and further parking is available on the road.
