Surrounded by open farmland with sheep grazing in the fields give you the best of both worlds, countryside at the back and beach at the front, what more could you ask for!!! The Camber Sands beach, in Sussex, is within a five minute walk from this holiday cottage with miles of sandy beaches stretching as far as the eye can see. There are lots of activities on offer in this area of Sussex near to this holiday cottage, including kite surfing and land yachting or simply building sandcastles, taking long walks and enjoying the views of Sussex.
The front door leads through to a hallway with a staircase to the first floor and a guest cloakroom.
The spacious double aspect kitchen/ dining area, leading from the hallway is a good sized room with French doors to the garden. There is a chunky oak table and benches in the dining area and the modern kitchen has stylish white gloss units and is fully equipped with wine fridge, dishwasher, fridge, extractor fan, double electric oven and hob, washer/dryer, toaster and microwave as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, the owners will provide the capsules for the machine. There is a good selection of china and glass, equipment and utensils.
The Hallway leads onto bedroom 4 with futon bed sleeping 2, White shutters at the window and pretty artwork on the walls give the room a cosy feel, a flatscreen TV with built in DVD player has been provided as well as a Nintendo Wii, the perfect place for energetic children to be occupied. An Ipod docking station is also provided.
On the first floor is the double aspect lounge with balcony to the front, the perfect place to sit and watch the world go by after a day at the beach. The room has been simply decorated in calming shades of cream and white, cream leather sofas and tub chairs offer plenty of comfortable seating, small tables with lamps and beach themed artwork on the walls make the room a relaxing place to be, a flat screen TV and DVD player have been provided along with a selection of DVD's for you to enjoy.
The second bedroom has double French doors with a Juliette balcony that overlook farmland and flood the room with natural sunlight. The white wooden double bed, bedside tables and lamps and a modern chest of drawers, are complimented perfectly by the blue and white stripped cotton bed linen and give the room a luxurious feel.
On the 2nd floor the master bedroom has a king-size bed dressed with crisp white linen; double fitted wardrobes offer plenty of storage during your stay. A flat screen TV with inbuilt DVD player has been provided. There is an ensuite shower room with walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin. The third bedroom has bunk beds and is dressed with crisp cotton gingham bed linen. A large chest of drawers, offer plenty of storage space during your stay.
There is a family bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and wash hand basin, the owner has provided fluffy white towels for use during your stay.
The owners have provided a large range of indoor and outdoor games including scooters, footballs, games, jigsaws and books, perfect for those cooler English summer days or autumn breaks.
Outside, the garden is fully enclosed with a terraced area, table, chairs and parasol as well as a bar-b-que. Open farmland surrounds the garden giving the feeling of peace and tranquillity, the perfect place to sit and enjoy the sunset with a chilled glass of wine.

A working fishing port ensures a constant supply of fresh fish which can be bought directly from the Quay as well as the famous Rye Bay Scallops - a real delicacy.
Why not visit the recently opened Jerwood Gallery in Hastings, situated right on the seafront and nestled between the famous Hastings fishing huts and the historic old town. The Jerwood Gallery, little sister of the influential Jerwood Space in London, houses some of the most exciting paintings produced in the 20th and 21st centuries as well as supporting young artists through its charitable arm, the Jerwood Foundation.
