This self catering holiday cottage in Kent is a quaint detached cottage ideally placed to take advantage of all that the beautiful county of Kent has to offer. This Kent holiday cottage has much character and is in good condition throughout with seating and a barbeque on the private patio area. Ideal for a self catering holiday in Kent.
The Kentish setting is wonderful and the self catering holiday cottage is surrounded by three quarters of an acre of landscaped gardens which it shares with one other holiday cottage in Kent. This luxury Kent holiday cottage has a slide, stream and picnic bench and a path leads over a charming wooden bridge to the wonderfully peaceful Kent meadow with koi/carp lake and tennis court, beyond.
We would ask because of the stream and lake that all children be supervised at all times.
The front door of the Kent holiday cottage leads into an entrance hall with stairs to the first floor.
A door leads into the kitchen with electric cooker, microwave and fridge, with an archway (mind your head!) leading into the sitting room with electric log fire and sofas and chair grouped around the 21" Freeview TV. There is dining for 4 and patio doors lead onto the private garden with seating and a barbeque. A door from this room leads into the bathroom with bath, electric shower over, wc and basin, and utility cupboard housing the washing machine.
Upstairs in the self catering accommodation, there are two bedrooms in the eaves (please note there is restricted head height). The main bedroom has double bed, bedside tables and lamps and Bedroom 2 is a twin room with bedside table and lamp.
Outside the Kent cottage guests have the use of the landscaped gardens with stream, slide, picnic bench, together with the tennis court and lake in the meadow area. There is parking for the holiday cottage on the shared driveway.
