This pretty self catering holiday cottage is tucked away in a quiet location in Kent, overlooking wonderful landscaped gardens. These include a stream, a koi carp lake, and a meadow for you to enjoy during your stay in this holiday cottage in Kent. There is also use of a tennis court in this Kent holiday cottage.

The kitchen has fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and washing machine.
Stairs from the hallway of this Kent cottage lead to the first floor double bedroom with four poster bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table, and door to ensuite bathroom with bath and shower over, wc and basin.
Outside the self catering accommodation there is ample space on the patio area with seating and a barbeque. In addition there is a picnic area, seating by the koi carp lake and use of the tennis court. There is one parking space available for the holiday cottage.
This self catering holiday cottage is situated in Ashford, Kent. The Kent holiday cottage is close to the village of Ruckinge with its popular village pub (about 5 minutes walk away). The Kent village where this holiday cottage is situated is on the very edge of Romney Marsh which has wonderful walks through Kent both along the canal and through the local woods, which are full of bluebells in May. The renowned Saxon Shore Line Walk is within 200 metres of this self catering holiday cottage in Kent.
