This holiday cottage is a converted barn and overlooks fields and woodland with nature all around. It is possible to see deer grazing in the field outside the cottage. Furnished to a very high standard this holiday cottage is light and spacious offering a good standard of self catering holiday accommodation.

This self catering holiday cottage in Kent has just been completed to the highest standard with oak beams and open aspect giving it a real feeling of light and space. The sitting room in this holiday cottage in Kent is double height with large french windows making the most of the wonderful open views across the owner's fields with guinea fowl, chickens and a pond as well. There are also visiting fallow deer, badgers, rabbits etc, and the owners of the Kent holiday cottage have even seen owls in the Kent woods.

The front door leads into the double height open-plan living space with two sofas (one is a sofa-bed), table and four chairs, TV, DVD (with selection of DVD's), Freeview, Ipod docking station, storage cupboard, and radiator. The kitchen area is fully-equipped with washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven, and extractor fan.
The double bedroom in the holiday cottage has wrought iron double bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, radiator and fitted cupboard. (Hairdryer also supplied for your convenience.)
The shower room has walk-in shower, basin, radiator and wc.
Outside there is a private patio area with table, chairs and a barbeque and access to fields and woodland totalling 11 acres which guests are able to enjoy. The field has chickens, guinea fowl and a pond. There is a ladies and a gentleman's bicycle, one with a child seat, also available for holidaymakers' use at no additional charge, together with two cycle helmets and a bike carrier for a car.
This self catering Kent holiday cottage is situated in Brook, a pretty rural Kent village in an area of outstanding natural beauty, at the foot of the North Downs, with the chalk Wye Crown on the hill above the village. The Kent village has a good pub ten minutes walk from the self catering holiday cottage, and there are wonderful walks in all directions for guests to enjoy during their stay in Kent.
The owner of this luxury holiday cottage in Kent can arrange clay pigeon shooting by arrangement and there is good cycling on and off-road in the vicinity for you to make the most of during your stay in Kent.
The cathedral city of Canterbury is 10 miles to the north of this holiday cottage which is well worth a visit whilst you are in the Kent area. If you are looking for a beach, the Kent holiday cottage is about 20 minutes from Hythe with its old-fashioned charm and long promenade, a fun day out in Kent for all the family!
As Kent has more castles than any other county there are lots to visit during your stay at this luxury holiday cottage - particularly the beautiful moated Leeds Castle, and Dover Castle with its wonderful historic battlements and the secret World War II chambers dug into the white cliffs.

The electricity is on a pay meter and we would ask that you bring £1 coins with you, although the owner will put a stock in the machine prior to arrival. (The owner estimates a cost of approximately £8 for a week's usage of electricity during winter.) Refundable security deposit of £50 payable.
