The cottage is approached from the side through the cottage gardens down a step into the hallway with radiator and ample space for coats and boots. From the hallway there is a downstairs bathroom with bath and hand held shower, wc, basin and radiator and a small children's playroom, with toys and games.
The cosy dining room has an antique pine dresser with pretty period china (for display purposes only), table, chairs and radiator. The sitting room has two sofas, coffee table, antique corner cupboard, radiator, log burning stove, garden door, TV, DVD, video and Freeview.
The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washer machine and dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob, extractor fan and TV.
The stairs lead from the dining room to the first floor where there are two double bedrooms, one with ensuite shower room and a single room. The main bedroom has a wrought iron double bed, fitted cupboard, chest of drawers, radiator and door to ensuite shower room with shower, wc and basin. The second bedroom has two single beds (which can be used as twin beds or as a double) and a futon, chest of drawers and fitted cupboard. The third bedroom has a single bed with chest of drawers.
Outside there is a good sized garden with chairs, table and barbeque and child's swings and slide. There are several parking spaces on the gravel driveway.

Gas central heating. Winter heating charge of £7.50 per night - free logs will be supplied in the winter. Refundable security deposit of £100 payable. High chair and cot are available on request. Sorry not pets accepted. Broadband is available. Friday changeover . Please advise at time of booking how you wish the beds in the second bedroom to be made up ie as a double bed or twin beds.
