Sea View Apartment Holiday Accommodation

An entry-phone system on the main building leads into the inner door to the apartment. All the floors in the apartment are wooden laminate making it very practical when returning from the beach.

The apartment has been completely redecorated in white throughout and there is gas central heating.

The sitting room has comfy sofas and TV, DVD, DAB radio with ipod connection. There is seating for four and patio doors lead onto the balcony with seating and views of the beach and sea. Access to the sea is through the main entrance to the apartments.

The kitchen is well-equipped with range cooker, gas hob and electric oven, extractor fan, fridge with 3* freezer compartment, washing machine, microwave, double sink and sea views.

There are two bedrooms; the main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second bedroom has a single pocket sprung bed with a further pull-out pocket sprung single bed that is easily raised to form a double bed if required. This room also has fitted wardrobes, bedside table and lamp. The bathroom is newly fitted fully tiled, bath with power shower, basin and wc.

Outside there is one allocated parking space.
