Steps (and a slope for disabled access) lead up to the front door and into the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living room is comfortably furnished with three-seater brown leather double sofa bed and two seater brown leather sofa and night storage heater. There is a TV with integral DVD and Freeview, a cd player/radio and a selection of books for holidaymakers' use. A small occasional table completes the scene. The well-equipped kitchen has wooden-fronted cupboards with stainless steel handles, a stainless steel sink and drainer. The kitchen also has integral washing machine, fridge with small ice-box, electric oven and hob, and microwave. There is dining for four at the pine farmhouse-style table.

A door leads from the living area to the double bedroom, with double bed, two bedside tables with bedside lamps, a double-wardrobe with plenty of hanging space, and a brown leather chair. There is also a full-length mirror in this room and a chest of drawers. A window has views of the garden, and there is a night storage heater in this room.

The bathroom with white suite and white-tiled walls, has bath with power-shower over, wc and wash hand basin. There is also a wooden bathroom cabinet with mirror above the basin.

The cottage has night storage heating. An ironing board and vacuum cleaner are also provided.

Outside there is plenty of parking in front of the cottage. A table and four chairs are available for outside use, together with a barbeque and a rotary washing line.
