This self catering holiday house in Kent is very much a home with a well fitted farmhouse kitchen and breakfast area extremely well stocked with every conceivable machine - ideal for those who wish to cook in this self catering accommodation! The wonderful light and airy conservatory of this holiday let, with doors to the garden and a lovely aspect over the surrounding Kent gardens; the elegant sitting room with gas coal-effect fire and french doors leading out onto the garden and the cosy family room with comfy sofas and large screen TV, all really make this home from home!

In the upstairs of this self catering holiday home in Kent there are four comfortable bedrooms - all with pretty views across the lovely grounds and gardens of the house and to the farmland beyond.

Westbury House Holiday Accommodation

The house is approached by a gravel driveway with spacious parking. The front door leads into a porch. A shower room with shower, basin and wc leads off the hall.

The formal sitting room has several chairs and sofas, gas coal-effect fire and french doors to the garden. The family room has sofas, large TV, DVD, video and a selection of videos and DVD's to watch.

The kitchen is well equipped with cosy four-oven Aga, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and a door leads through to the utility room with washing machine, further chest freezer and drying area, back door to garden.

The breakfast room has calor gas log burner, dining for ten at a pine refectory table and tiled flooring.

The kitchen leads into the conservatory with table and chairs and comfy seating, and door to garden.

Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, all with double beds (one is a king-size), with wardrobes and wash hand basins, and a single bedroom. The family bathroom has bath, separate walk in shower, wc and wash hand basin.

Outside the large gardens surround the house with tables and chairs and a barbeque. In addition there is a tennis court.

There is also a further 18 hole golf course at Etchinghill which is 1 mile away from the holiday house.

Further afield, Kent has much to offer with several English Heritage castles to visit during your stay at this self catering holiday house.
