Pigeon Cottage Holiday Accommodation

This lovely Kent holiday cottage is approached from the rear and the door leads into a hallway with space for coats and boots. The cottage has oil central heating.


The cream shaker style kitchen is well equipped with pretty cream dresser, oil Rayburn, fridge with freezer compartment, washer/dryer, tiled flooring, stereo/ipod docking station, radiator, window seat and pretty white table and chairs for five.


A door leads through to the sitting room with attractive navy and white striped sofas, armchair, log burner with basket of logs (further logs stored outside), TV, Freeview, and DVD. The lobby and front door lead off this room with space for storage of golf bags, buggies etc.


There is also a single bedroom on the ground floor with bed, bedside table, lamp, radiator and cupboard. The bathroom has walk in shower, bath, wc and basin.


Stairs lead to the first floor of the self catering accommodation with two double bedrooms. The main bedroom is very spacious with double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers, armchair and pretty bay window.


The second bedroom has twin beds, bedside table, lamp and feature bay window.


Outside the Kent cottage is a large garden with lots of space to play or to sit and enjoy the peaceful setting, with parking for several cars.

This holiday cottage is located next to Faversham Golf Club in the grounds of Belmont Park and the attractive market town of Faversham is within five miles for you to make the most of during your stay in this Kent holiday cottage. The Kent town, Faversham has all the amenities of a good sized town including a swimming pool. Also the cathedral city of Canterbury, also in Kent, is about ten miles away from this luxury Kent holiday cottage.

This self catering holiday cottage in Kent is part of the Belmont Estate and all visitors will be able to enjoy the wonderful grounds of the main house all the year round. During the summer months (April to September) visitors of this holiday cottage in Kent are able to go round the House at weekends, free of charge.

There are many routes to choose from including the channel ports of Folkestone and Dover, the Channel Tunnel or by train from Ashford International, all within a 30 minutes drive of the luxury holiday cottage in Kent.

During the Olympic Games (27th July to 12th August) Southeastern will be operating a Javelin shuttle service using high speed trains from St Pancras International and Ebbsfleet International Stations to the Olympic Park in Stratford. Five trains per hour will run between these stations, with a further two departures from Ashford International each hour and one departure an hour from Faversham. Ebbsfleet International Station is one of the official 'Park and Rail' Services and just 10 minutes by high-speed rail link into the centre of the Olympic Park.

Refundable security deposit of £100 payable.  Sorry no dogs. Please note that short breaks are calculated at 70% of the weekly rental for 2 or 3 nights, and 75% for 4 nights. Friday changeover day for this property.
