Inside the cottage is a good size with a pretty conservatory and a charming and good sized garden that surrounds the cottage giving it privacy and peace. Free access to visit Belmont House, near Faversham and its gardens is included in the rental as the cottage is part of the estate. Both the trendy seaside town of Whitstable and the pretty market town of Faversham are within easy reach with fresh fish direct from the fisherman on sale, the oldest brewery in the country to visit and a range of water sports to try - all in all this Kentish cottage would make an ideal holiday.

This self catering English holiday cottage in Kent is a charming detached brick and flint holiday cottage in an idyllic rural setting surrounded by Kent fields yet within a mile of the pretty village of Eastling, Kent. This Kent holiday cottage is the ideal getaway approached down a long farm track and utterly hidden from view with only a farmhouse nearby. The owners of this luxury Kent holiday cottage have sympathetically restored the Kent home with 'Shaker' style kitchen, conservatory/breakfast room overlooking the terrace area and surrounding orchard. The pretty beamed sitting room in this Kent holiday cottage has a leather sofa, armchairs and a wood burner which give a comfy and cosy feel to this charming room and the entire Kent holiday cottage.

There is a terrace area to the rear of this Kent holiday house and a gravel parking area. This holiday cottage in Kent is surrounded by an old orchard, which you are welcome to walk in. The roadway leading to the Kent holiday cottage is shared with the farmhouse and although unadopted should not cause problems for low slung cars. Also this self catering holiday cottage in Kent is part of the Belmont Estate and all visitors to it will be able to visit and enjoy the wonderful grounds of the main house all the year round. During the summer months (April to September) visitors will be able to go round the House at weekends, free of charge. Crow Cottage Holiday Accommodation

The charming country cottage is at the end of a long farm track making it a really romantic place to stay! You enter this Kent cottage through the traditional style conservatory, prettily furnished with wicker furniture into the newly finished Shaker style kitchen with tiled flooring. The units are beautifully finished in cream with wooden work surfaces and the machines include; dishwasher, fridge with freezer, electric cooker, microwave and extractor fan.

The sitting room in this Kent cottage is tastefully furnished in traditional style with a comfy leather sofa, rugs and a coffee table.There is a flat screen TV with DVD, and freeview satellite is also available. An attractive woodburner completes the scene. Views from all the rooms are of the surrounding meadow and farmland.

Upstairs the main bedroom has a five-foot double bed and the bathroom is fully equipped with bath and hand-held shower, wash hand basin and lavatory.

Outside this rural retreat there is parking for two cars, with a sheltered terrace area by the conservatory, and the surrounding meadow is available for guests to enjoy.

There are many routes to choose from including the channel ports of Folkestone and Dover, the Channel Tunnel or by train from Ashford International, all within a 30 minutes drive of this Kent holiday cottage.

Services

Oil central heating, all electricity and oil is included together with logs for the woodburner. The bed has a duvet and full linen including towels are included in the rent. A security deposit of £50 is payable with the balance of the rent. No pets allowed at this property. Please note that changeover days are Friday to Friday for this property. Please note 2 or 3 night short breaks at Crow Cottage are charged at 70% of the weekly rental, and 4 night short breaks are charged at 75% of the weekly rental.
