The steep wooden flight of steps to the front door means the property is not suitable for those with mobility problems. The accommodation is strictly non-smoking. Pets are not allowed due to the proximity of so many sheep and the owner's mature cat. There is parking for one car in the drive (which is shared by the owners), in front of The Studio. A refundable security deposit of £50 is payable with the balance of the rent. £1.50 per night winter heating charge applicable from 1st October to 30th April.
