From this area there is a door leading to the kitchen. This is equipped for four with electric oven, microwave, fridge and extractor fan. There is a freezer in the garage belonging to the owner who is happy for items to be placed in there during your stay.
The bedroom area is divided from the main room by original floor to ceiling beams and set in a brick wall, a charming feature giving a real feeling of division between the two areas. The bedroom has a double bed, brick flooring and a pretty aspect across the wonderful gardens.
The shower room has shower, wash hand basin and toilet together with a heated towel rail.
Outside there is a lovely private walled patio area with iron table and chairs and a built in barbeque. This is a real sun trap and being enclosed is lovely and warm even on more breezy days. Parking is on the shared driveway.
The village of Brabourne Lees, in Kent, is within a mile of this self catering holiday cottage, with a pub, local store, butcher and garage. There is also a pub in the Kent village of East Brabourne, again about a mile from this holiday cottage in Kent. The Kent village itself is in a triangle between Ashford (5 miles), Hythe (7 miles) and Canterbury (12 miles).
