Pets are welcome at the holiday cottage and for larger parties and group holidays all three Mill Cottages can be combined. The private patio offers a quiet spot to enjoy the surroundings and while away the evenings with a family barbeque. The Cottage with a view is surrounded by country paths making it ideal for walking holidays.

This barn conversion is in the heart of the complex, and has a light and airy feel with attractive doors leading onto its own patio garden. There are two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and the adaptable accommodation is all on one floor.
The cottage has been given a high three star rating and is very prettily furnished in a modern style with comfortable seating, TV and DVD and attractive shelving with modern touches and charming paintings completing the scene. There are lovely views from the cottage, which is surrounded by open farmland and guests have use of the communal games room and children's play area.
The kitchen is well appointed with all conceivable machines (dishwasher, fridge, microwave, electric oven and extractor fan), to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The washing and drying facilities are in the shared laundry room.
Outside there is a designated parking space and further parking if required.
The cottage is approached from the communal gardens into the pretty newly refurbished open plan living area. The seating area has sofa, armchair, TV and DVD with dining for 4. The kitchen area is brand new and excellently equipped (with dishwasher, fridge, electric cooker and hob, microwave, extractor fan) and would be ideal for those looking to prepare a slap up meal or a quick snack!
There are two double bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with a double bed both in light pale shades and all linen is provided. The family bathroom has a bath, WC and wash hand basin. The washing and drying facilities are in the shared laundry room.
The attractive private patio has seating and a barbecue to while away those lazy summer days. The communal gardens, games room and children's play area are open to everyone. There is one allocated parking space but further spaces are available if required.
There are numerous walks and bridle paths throughout the area. Riding stables are nearby; trout fishing and a nine hole golf course are within a few minutes drive.
The complex is in a truly beautiful and rural valley. There are many pubs and restaurants offering local produce and real ale within a 15 mile radius. Hastingleigh village has a traditional pub with a pool table and darts and bar snacks and is about 15 minutes walk. Bodsham, about 5 minutes drive, has a renowned gastropub.
The City of Canterbury and its historic cathedral are within easy reach (11 miles). Ashford (6 miles) has an excellent outlet shopping centre on its ring road. The Channel Tunnel is 10 miles away making day trips to France easy as the crossing takes approximately 35 minutes. There are numerous castles and places of interest to visit all along this historic coast, notably Dover Castle with its dungeons, intact battlements and underground World War 11 caves. Are many sandy beaches with easy access along the Kent coast and you may often find fisherman selling their fresh catch direct from their boats.
There are several championship golf courses within easy reach including Royal St Georges at Sandwich and Cinque Ports at Deal, closer at hand there is both an 18 hole course at the nearby village of Lyminge and a nine hole closer still in the village of Stowting.
During the Olympic Games (27th July to 12th August) Southeastern will be operating a Javelin shuttle service using high speed trains from St Pancras International and Ebbsfleet International Stations to the Olympic Park in Stratford. Five trains per hour will run between these stations, with a further two departures from Ashford International each hour and one departure an hour from Faversham. Ebbsfleet International Station is one of the official 'Park and Rail' Services and just 10 minutes by high-speed rail link into the centre of the Olympic Park
