Cottage Guestbook

Had a wonderful week at the Smithy in May 2011. The cottage is comfortable, well appointed and so,so easy to feel at home, The real highlight is the location. Opening onto the of the village square the cottage is in the midst of the daily activity of village life, including the Tuesday night bell ringing session and children coming and going to the village school. Close by are fabulous farm produce outlets - orchard raised pork, free range eggs, just picked strawberries -Yum! Booking this cottage over the net from Australia was straighforward and we were met with a welcome tea tray complete with cream biscuits. Highly recommended cottage and location.
