This self catering seaside holiday home is perfect for a traditional bucket and spade holiday or a weekend break by the sea. With a dining table that converts to a pool table this property offers so much more for the holidaymaker to do. Waitemata Holiday Accommodation
Waitemata sleeps 8 + 2: 1 superking double, 1 kingsize double bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 double sofa bed, 2 family bathrooms, 2 reception areas, courtyard garden
Ground floor living area: TV, DVD and Video with an archway leading into the dining room. This seats 10 at a table that converts into a pool table between meals
Kitchen: dishwasher, two fridges and a range cooker with electric oven and five gas burners. A step down leads to the back door and a shower room with shower, WC and wash hand basin and there is a separate utility cupboard housing the washing machine and dryer.
1st half landing:
Bedroom 1: double bedroom on (sleeping 2), double bed, fitted cupboard with basin.
1st floor:
Main living area: with large sofas, a TV, DVD, video and stereo and one of the sofas makes into a double bed. A door leads onto a sunny balcony with partial views towards the sea.
1 Double room (sleeping 2) with king-size double bed, fitted cupboards and basin
2nd half landing:
Family bathroom: bath with hand held shower, walk in shower, wash hand basin and WC.
2nd Floor:
Master bedroom - (sleeping 2) with fitted cupboards to one wall and a super king size bed. This bed can be made up as two single beds if required - please specify at the time of booking if you wish it to be made up with single beds.
1 double room (sleeping 2) with king size double bed, fitted cupboards and basin
1 twin room (sleeping 2) with fitted cupboards. The twin beds in this room can also be made up as a super king bed. Please specify at the time of booking if you would like it to be set up as a super king.
