This holiday barn has been beautifully refurbished to offer a spacious holiday home for large groups or families wanting to celebrate a special occasion. With exposed oak beams,wooden floors and amazing views this self catering holiday home is very special. There is a large sunny south facing terrace where you can relax and enjoy the surrounding countryside. With much to do in the area, both in and around the City of Canterbury this is a prime location for a large holiday house.

The barn is entered into the lower spacious open living area:
Kitchen area, range cooker,gas top, four electric ovens, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, extractor fan. Breakfast bar with stools,
Dining, the property offers two dining tables, one on each floor, to seat 6 + 8 total of 14. They can be located together on request)
Living and sitting area across two floors, lower can seat 10 and upper can seat 8, choice of cushion seating, and sofas. Occasional tables, Sky TV to the lower floor and Freeview TV the upper.

Ground Floor:
2 x double bedrooms, (sleep 2 each) side table and a chair and hanging space in each.
1 x twin room, (sleeps 2), two single beds, bedside tables and bench seat and hanging space.

Upper Floor:
1 x Family room, (sleeps 4), double bed and two singles, beside tables and chest / dresser.

Wardrobes and hanging space are within the living areas of both floors.

The barn was beautiful and great for large gatherings (we were 14 adults). The owner was so very helpful and went above and beyond in looking after us, providing breakfast for us when Tesco failed to deliver!

There is a refundable security deposit of £500. The winter heating charge is £7.50 per night. Dogs are permitted but not in the bedrooms or on the furniture.
