This Kent holiday cottage sits in the very centre of Wye, a lovely Kent village on the edge of the North Downs with pretty tiled rooftops. Also around the Wye area, in Kent, there are many shops and restaurants and wonderful walks in all directions to enjoy during your stay in this Kent holiday cottage.

The front door leads into a small hallway with area for coats and boots. The living space is divided into three with a cosy seating area with large comfortable sofa at one end. There is a dining area with pine table and chairs near the attractive original fireplace (not working), and the kitchen area has dishwasher, fridge, gas hob, electric oven, extractor fan and washing machine.
The steep stairs lead to the first floor galleried bedroom. This is furnished with antique pine furniture, is spacious and light, and carries through the rust and cream colour scheme. Steps from the bedroom lead down to the ensuite bathroom which has bath with shower over, WC and basin.
Outside there is a pretty seating area with wrought iron table and chairs in a secluded spot with a designated parking space beyond.

There are many places to visit and things to do in Kent, many of which are within very easy reach of this Kent holiday cottage. Canterbury is 12 miles to the north of this Kent holiday cottage with its attractive medieval streets and historic buildings and is a real must during your stay in Kent! France too is easy to reach from this holiday cottage in Kent, with the Channel Tunnel just 20 minutes away and with the journey taking just over 30 minutes you can be there in less than an hour; hereby you can enjoy more than just Kent during your stay at this luxury holiday cottage! Locally you can go riding, have a day's fishing or try out some of the links golf courses in and around Kent. Sissinghurst Castle and Gardens are 40 minutes drive from this Kent holiday cottage, also with the truly beautiful Leeds Castle only one junction up the motorway, perfect for a day out during your stay at this Kent holiday cottage.
