Many thanks for Church View’s tranquility and peace. My job takes me around the country where I find nice places to stay, yet Church View cottage is not just a place to stay, it is a sanctuary – long may it stay so! I look forward to a return visit in 2013.

A delightful and comfortable retreat from the big city – we have enjoyed a very relaxed weekend and have explored a lot of the hidden parts of Kent and East Sussex. Your house and garden are spectacular and the view is to die for. We hope to be back in the spring. We appreciated the flowers in every room – such a kind thought. Michael and Joan

What a wonderful place to return to after a day out in the rain. We particularly liked the stylish sitting room, all the fresh flowers and the roses on the wallpaper. Despite the weather we enjoyed the walks around the house and the Kentish countryside. Sissinghurst and Scotney Castle were beautiful with the autumn colors. Thank you for a great stay. Tommy and Christina

So lovely to have been back to Church View Cottage again. The doves on the church roof provide some amusement as they flutter their courtship dance, a great start to the day. Sue Applegate.

What a wonderfully relaxing retreat! So fabulous to have escaped the busyness of London on Friday evening to wake up in the beautiful Kent countryside for lovely walks and relaxing suppers in! An absolute haven!

Church View Cottage is such a special place to stay. Tucked away in the village of Ulcomb within the haven of the owner's garden. It is tastefully decorated and equipped with views out onto the churchyard. I would really recommend this as a luxurious place to stay for a quiet break of if you want to explore Kent.
