This beautifully presented Kent holiday apartment would make an ideal base for a Kent seaside holiday. Originally, it was built as a prestigious hotel and part of a renowned Regency terrace in the heart of Ramsgate with elegant proportions. It is spacious and light with direct access to communal gardens and the promenade above Ramsgate harbour - a great place to wander around with its large marina and the beach is within a five minute walk. There are two good sized bedrooms, both with bathrooms and a 'put me up' extra bed if required. A particular feature is the very well equipped communal gym for all to use during your stay.
Decorated and furnished with style, this Kent holiday cottage will appeal to both families and groups of holidaymakers alike. A special feature of the stylish flat in Ramsgate, Kent, are the fabulous views of Ramsgate Harbour and the sea from the communal garden, which is perfect for relaxing in after a day on the Kent beach. Unwind and enjoy a glass of chilled wine.
Ramsgate has much to offer, with the stunning marina within a couple of minutes walk - reminding you of the Mediterranean rather than Kent! There are several cafes and bars which won first place in the Kent Restaurant awards: - Best Italian - La Magnolia, Best Newcomer - Eddie Gilberts, Best Launch - Harvey's Fish and Oyster Bar (John Burton Race is the executive chef), and Best Bar - Age and Sons. All of these are within walking distance of the apartment, as is a selection of good sandy beaches and the owner will even leave you crabbing nets and a bucket and spade.

Entered from a communal hallway with entry phone, steps lead down to the apartment where there is a spacious hallway with quirky period pieces. The lovely spacious and light open plan kitchen/sitting room has lots of seating, bean bags, TV, DVD and freeview, doors with steps up to communal gardens and a dining area with chairs for 4. This room is perfect for entertaining in and the owner has left jigsaw puzzles and plenty of games to keep you entertained.
The light and airy kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your holiday including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, electric oven, electric hob, microwave, extractor fan.
The apartment has two double bedrooms, the main bedroom has a king size double bed with large walk in dressing room and spacious ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, bath, wc and basin. The second bedroom has twin beds and the bathroom has bath with shower over, wc and basin. Both bedrooms overlook a private courtyard.
There is also a very impressive communal gym which is extremely well equipped and available for all to use (children over 12 years old only).
