Mocketts Farm barn complex can sleep up to 34 people and is approached from a shared parking area with ample parking for all overlooking a duck pond and communal area. There is also a communal games room with table tennis table for all to enjoy.

The Saltings which is the main barn, has an open plan and spacious living room with wooden flooring throughout, banks of sofas grouped around a coffee table with flat screen TV, freeview and DVD. The kitchen is very well equipped there is an electric range oven with double hob and two ovens, extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine and American style fridge freezer with water dispenser and ice maker. The dining room has a long refectory style table that comfortably seats 16 and can be added to to incorporate a larger party if required. At each end of this stunning room are double height windows, both with French doors, medieval style wrought iron lighting suspended from the ceiling and a wonderful and dramatic beamed ceiling. The Saltings sleeps 12 in six double bedrooms all with ensuite facilities on two floors. All bedrooms have double king size zip linked beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, beside tables and lamps and some have a TV with freeview and DVD. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs and BBQ.

Marsh View is approached from the front with ramp access for disabled guests. Through the hallway you enter the kitchen breakfast room which has doors to the front garden and is very well equipped with shaker style units. The machines include an electric hob, electric oven, extractor fan, washing machine, dishwasher, and American style fridge freezer with water dispenser and ice maker. There is a formal dining area with seating for 4 (the table in the kitchen can be joined to this to make formal dining for 8). The sitting room is a comfortable and light overlooking the garden area and duck pond with comfortable sofas grouped around a coffee table with TV, DVD and free view, games and books. There are four double bedrooms, all have king size double zip linked beds, bedside table and lamps, chest of drawers and wardrobes. Marsh View sleeps 10, there are two bedrooms on the ground floor, with an ensuite and wet room (suitable for disabled guests) and two double bedrooms on the first floor with bathroom and a sofa bed in the living area. Outside are tables and chairs overlooking the duck pond.

Fleet lodge has an open plan spacious living room with wooden flooring throughout. There are two seating areas, the smaller area is ideal to relax and read and overlooks the duck pond with sofa bed to sleep 2. The other main seating area looks through the beautiful arched doorways to the patio area and countryside beyond. There is ample seating grouped around with TV, DVD and free view, coffee table and dresser with books and games. The large dining table comfortably seats eight and again has wonderful views. The excellent shaker style kitchen is very well equipped with electric hob and oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine and American style fridge freezer with water dispenser and ice maker. Stairs lead to the first floor where there are three double bedrooms with king size double zip linked beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table, lamps. There is an ensuite bathroom off the main bedroom and there is also a family bathroom with bath, walk in shower, toilet and wash hand basin. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs.

Harriers Nest has disabled access if required although it is not specifically set up for disabled guests. The shaker style kitchen is very stylish and well equipped with electric oven and hob, extractor fan, washing machine, dishwasher and American style fridge freezer with water dispenser and ice maker. There is a guest cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin. The sitting room is a charming and light room with comfortable sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. French doors lead onto the private patio garden with wonderful views of the surrounding fields. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a king size double zip linked bed with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, lamps TV with free view and DVD. Bedroom two is a really good size with twin beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table and lamps. The bathroom has bath with shower over, toilet and wash hand basin. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs.

The complex has ample parking for all on the shared driveway with three carports overlooking a duck pond and communal area. There is a shared games room with table tennis table above the carports.
