It is mostly made of glass with concertina doors that can be folded back to bring the decking overlooking the sea into the living space. Four luxurious double bedrooms all with their own ensuite bathrooms complete the scene.

This stunning Kent self catering beach house has steps leading up to the front door. This leads into the first reception room with exposed brick and beams, lovely French oak flooring, ornamental fireplace and bay window. The lovely lighting and elegant furnishings make this a charming and cosy room.
A short corridor, with guest cloakroom leads into the second reception room. This is a spectacular room with sofas grouped in two seating areas making the most of the elegant Queen Anne proportions, tv, dvd, freeview, 'follow me through the house' stremium radio/I pod dock/dvd player. A log burner completes the theme for those cosy winter nights. A lovely granite work surface in the food and drink preparation area has been chosen to reflect the colours of the wave breakers on the beach. This area is ideal for family and party living offering a second food preparation area with induction hob with integral extractor, dishwasher, microwave/oven, second oven (offering steam, fan and conventional settings), wine cooler, plate warmer and ample storage. The modern wave extension leads the eye towards the sea, with elegant dining for up to 10 at a wonderful glass table with Lloyd loom chairs overlooking the sea. This in turn leads out onto a lovely decking terrace with steps to the beach - a real sun trap!
Stairs lead to the basement where there is a well fitted farmhouse kitchen with scrubbed pine table and six chairs. Re-modelled incorporating the original range and dresser, with butlers sink, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and hob and American fridge, door to the front and archway into a games room cum utility room and wine cellar with steps leading to the decked terrace - ideal after you have been on the beach!
From the ground floor the lovely painted sweeping staircase leads to the first floor with original flooring throughout. The main bedroom, 'the infinity bedroom' has 6ft superking size bed overlooking the sea with floor to ceiling French windows taking advantage of the spectacular views. In the Infinity bedroom there is a TV with 'follow me through the house' stremium radio/I pod dock/dvd player. From these windows you can step out onto a private balcony overlooking the sea with French antique wrought iron tables and chairs completing the scene. The bathroom for this bedroom has been very carefully thought through to offer the very best of both worlds. Coloured glass tiles reflecting the blues of the sea are used throughout, the full length bath has hand held shower, basin, wc and enormous walk in shower with rain shower head and doors opening straight onto the terrace. There is a large dressing area with large cupboards for hanging, together with drawers and shelving.
Bedroom 2 is also a spacious double, traditionally furnished with a lovely fresh blue theme, ornamental fireplace, 5 ft king size double bed, fitted cupboard, and door to dressing area with fitted cupboards leading into the pale biscuit coloured marble tiled bathroom. This consists of bath with shower over, WC and basin.
Stairs lead to the second floor where there are two further double rooms. Bedroom 3 is a twin room with ornamental fireplace, fitted cupboard, with a door to the dressing area which then leads into an ensuite bathroom with original roll top bath, walk-in shower, WC and basin. Bedroom 4 is again a twin bedroom with stunning sea views. There are bedside tables, lamps, ornamental fireplace, small radio and fitted cupboards. The spacious ensuite again has lovely sea views, a bath and walk in shower with WC and basin.
There are 2 futons beds for extra guests - one on the landing and one in a bedroom.
There are 1 parking space in a nearby garage with another space available in front of the garage, plus additional on street parking.

This self catering Kent beach house is situated in a small Kent village nestled between Hythe and Folkestone on the Kent coast. The Kent village itself has a good range of antique shops and is within a two minute walk of a cosmopolitan mix of restaurants and bars and the renowned Sandgate Hotel, all taking full advantage of the seafront location in Kent.
There is a Spa in nearby Hythe, also access to the 'Smallest Steam Train in the World' travelling across the Romney Marsh between Hythe and Dungerness - ideal for a relaxing day out as it potters along a coastal track with several sandy beach stops on the way.
For golfers, try your skills on a links course, Rye, Royal St George's, Littlestone , Royal Cinque Ports and Sene Valley are all within an easy reach also a nine hole golf course in Hythe.
If you want to travel a little further afield why not visit 'The Marquis' restaurant, formally the Marquis of Granby just recognised by Michelin as a place to watch or visit one of the fish restaurants in nearby Hythe
There are wonderful Kent walks in and around the area of this Kent beach house. In particular along the water front all the way to Hythe - about a mile and a half. Both Kent towns have a good range of shopping, tennis courts, a golf course and lots of places to enjoy during your stay in this holiday cottage in Kent; and of course the view!
Inland, to the west of this self catering holiday apartment in Kent are the open spaces of Romney Marsh with its extensive wildlife, variety of birds and walks, and to the west is the historic Castle strongholds perched on the famous white cliffs including the renowned castle at Dover, in Kent.
Stunning house, beautifully designed. We loved waking up to the sea view in the infinity bedroom. Lots of space even when we had 10 people In the house. The children loved the beach and swimming in the sea. The open plan downstairs area great for entertaining. simply perfect. Thanks to Diana for making us so welcome.
