This beautiful 'Hansel and Gretel' Kent holiday cottage is tucked away within the rolling countryside of a small hamlet called Bishopsbourne. The idyllic cottage is the perfect retreat for a relaxing break in the Kent countryside. Situated on a quiet country lane with its own private garden and miles of farmland surrounding the cottage this is a truly magical Kent holiday home.
This self catering Kent holiday accommodation is beautifully presented to a very high standard. The traditional furnishings of this holiday home in Kent are complimented beautifully with floral curtains and crisp white cotton bed linen colourful throws and cushions and ornate table lamps give a cozy feel to the cottage.
The spacious kitchen has a light and airy feel with the original leaded windows allowing the light to flood into the room. A pine table seating 6 is the perfect place for cooking and entertaining at the same time, an abundance of crockery adorns the built in dresser giving the kitchen a truly traditional cottagey feel to this 200 year old farm cottage.

The cottage is approached from the side and the door leads into a hallway with space for coats and boots. The washing machine is also located within the hallway.
The family bathroom to the right of the hallway has a white suite with bath and shower over and a wash hand basin. Fluffy cotton towels are provided for your use during your stay. There is a separate downstairs cloakroom next door.
A door leads from the hallway to the kitchen. The cottage style kitchen is well equipped with pretty painted dresser, Gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer as well as a table seating 6, a perfect place for entertaining.
There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with pretty wrought iron double bed dressed with crisp cotton bed linen. A double wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps give the room a romantic feel.
The sitting room with attractive sofas and chairs surrounding the period fireplace gives the cottage a cosy feel. Light streams through the leaded windows making the room feel bright and airy whatever the weather. Table lamps and floral curtains finish the room off perfectly.
Stairs lead to the first floor with one double bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, table lamps and chest of drawers offering plenty of storage during your stay. The second bedroom has a single bed with pull out under, bedside table and table lamp.
Outside is a pretty enclosed cottage garden which allows you to take full advantage of the glorious views of the rolling countryside that surround the cottage, imagine sitting on the lawn on a glorious summers day, the sound of the birds singing whilst sipping Pimms or enjoying a chilled glass of wine while the children play, what could be better?
