We had a wonderful time at Bacchus Barn - the owners were incredibly helpful and friendly without being intrusive in any way. The welcome basket was super and even included some sweets for our 6 year old, so she felt special right from the start. The property location is absolutely lovely - the sky and stars were amazing! We visited Port Lympne Wildlife Park, Canterbury Cathedral and the Kent coast - all within easy reach and all stunning places. We spent the following week in France so used the Eurotunnel (our first time) - being just down the road it was brilliant - so easy and convenient to use. We had a thoroughly wonderful time and would love you to pass on our thoughts to the owners ... 10/10.

Thank you for helping to make our first visit to Kent so relaxing and enjoyable. The barn is fantastic and the little extra touches, like the delivery of freshly laid eggs were much appreciated.

The countryside walks in the area were lovely and the barn was superb. It was very nice being so close to Canterbury and its amazing Cathedral.

Our two boys and us had a perfect time at the Bacchus Barn. It is a very modern, spacious and light cottage with a stunning view. For us, this property is perfectly situated. Only a half an hour drive from the Channel Tunnel, direct access to the Denge Woods for hiking and mountain biking, a few minutes driving to Canterbury, less than an hour with the high speed train to London, close to the coast/beaches, and very freindly owners who really spoiled us. What else can you wish for?
