Charming Kent holiday cottage in a peaceful unspoilt position within a parkland setting on the edge of the beautiful village of Petham, yet within easy reach of the lovely beaches of Kent and the Channel Tunnel for access to France for day trips. Recently finished to a high standard this converted barn offers spacious open living with good quality oak furniture and soft leather sofas making this an the perfect place to stay all year round. The cottage is part of a small equestrian complex of pretty holiday cottages; you can even bring your own horse or pony along for a small charge! Ideal for group accommodation or larger family parties.

Although guests are welcome to enjoy looking at the horses they are requested not to feed them and to keep pets under strict control.
Cot and Highchair available.
Pets allowed, 2 well behaved dogs are welcome, however they would be housed in the stables and not permitted in the cottages.
