The front door of this Sussex self-catering holiday home leads into a large fully equipped kitchen, appliances include Gas oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave oven. An elegant circular glass table with six chairs make this the perfect place to cook up a feast after a day at the beach. A door leads onto the stairs and up to the first floor and into the spacious lounge area. French doors open onto a Juliette balcony, natural light streams into the room giving a feeling of warmth. The room has been stylishly decorated in shades of brown and cream, interesting pieces of local art adorn the walls and the high apex ceiling gives the room a feeling of space. Another balcony complete with bistro table and chairs is the perfect place to sit and relax after a day at the beach. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player for use during your stay.

A door leads from the lounge into the landing area. Bedroom 2 is situated on the left and has a surfing theme; the double bed is dressed in crisp cotton bed linen. A single sofa bed is also available within this room. The Master bedroom has a kingsize double bed and is dressed in pretty floral bed linen, a walk in wardrobe and chest of drawers offers plenty of storage during your stay. The en-suite shower room has a modern white shower, WC and wash hand basin, the owner has thoughtfully provided fluffy white towels for use during your stay. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.
