The Old Dairy (sleeps 6) in 3 bedrooms, 3 reception rooms, 2 bathrooms (both en-suite) and 1 shower room. Parking for two cars is available on a driveway, to the rear is a beautiful landscape garden with BBQ, patio and seating. Sun loungers have been provided for guests to use.
On entering the property, you will be greeted through an enclosed small hall with lower level cloakroom facilities available downstairs.
Reception / Dining room is located directly from the entry way with a grand antique mahogany table and seating for 10, French doors open to the gardens.
Main sitting room, sofa seating and two armchairs to seat six, plus fireplace and log burner, mini grand piano and French doors with access to the pool and gardens.
Kitchen is accessed via three steps from the reception / diner, with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, built in fridge/freezer, extractor fan. Breakfast table and seating for six.
Utility room is found as an extension to the kitchen, with washing machine, dryer, airing cupboard with airer, iron and board.

Upper floor - access up staircase connected to diner/reception with drawers and attic storage to landing.
Master bedroom - (sleeps 2) king-size double, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe, dressing table and seat, two side tables. En-suite bathroom with handheld shower, hand basin and wc.
Electric storage heating throughout the house, with additional under floor heating to the kitchen.
The swimming pool can be completely lock off for security.
The Old Dairy is situated on the outskirts of the pretty village of Ulcombe in Kent. Those wishing to holiday in this area will have plenty of things to keep them occupied during their self-catering vacation.
The Old Dairy would be perfect for garden enthusiasts. The gardens of Godinton House are nearby; this is a superb ancient Jacobean house with medieval hall surrounded by twelve acres of restored gardens - even a tea room for your perfect day out in the country. For other lovely gardens in the area, this Kent house is close to Sissinghurst Castle garden, Stoneacre in Otham and Belmont Place near Faversham. Kent is famous for its wonderful gardens, living up to its name as The Garden of England.
Leeds Castle is just a few miles from The Old dairy and is one of the most beautiful castles in Britain. With a moated castle, spacious grounds and even a maze there is plenty to keep everyone amused for a whole day out. For those who like excitement Leeds Castle also has a Go Ape attraction which is a high wire climbing adventure through the treetops.
The Pepper Box is a lovely rural country pub in Ulcombe which dates from 1606. With a large garden and an excellent restaurant, serving delicious home cooked food and serving fine ales. It is possible to walk here from your Kent self-catering cottage, which is always an advantage especially with the driver!
For those wishing to make a day trip to France, Kent offers both the Eurostar Train at Ashford and the Channel Tunnel at Folkestone which will transport you to a French location in 30 minutes - just don't forget to pack your passport!
For golfers this area has many options, there are lovely courses at Leeds Castle, Eastwell Manor, Chart Hills at Biddenden and further afield the links courses on the Kent coast.

Refundable security deposit of £200 per week. Saturday changeover during high season. Although the owner has provided fencing for the safety of children around the pool, please ensure children are supervised at all times, the owner cannot be held responsible for accidents.
