Delightful large family holiday home in the sought after seaside town of Aldeburgh in Suffolk. This Edwardian holiday house has been refurbished to a high standard with many period features and offers spacious accommodation for large groups and families alike. Aldeburgh is a real gem of a town! Small enough to stroll through from end to end with all the old fashioned charm of the English seaside yet with some of the most stylish cafes, restaurants and boutiques to be found in this part of Suffolk. Other activities include sailing, golf, tennis and there are wonderful walks all along the picturesque coastline.

One of the twin bedrooms in this Suffolk holiday house is on the ground floor with direct access to the garden together with a shower room off the hallway. Upstairs in this luxury Suffolk holiday house, there are two further bathrooms.
Outside this self catering holiday house in Suffolk there is a fully enclosed rear garden, a real sun trap - being south facing with large patio area, barbeque and seating for you to enjoy during your stay in Aldeburgh, Suffolk. Parking is outside the Suffolk holiday house on the private lane.

The front door of this large Suffolk holiday house leads through a porch into the hallway with original wooden flooring, space for coats, drawers with a variety of games and a door to the shower room this comprises shower, WC and wash hand basin. A particular feature of this period hall is the enormous mirror on one wall and an attractive chandelier giving the room a very gracious feel.
The large sitting room is very spacious with ample comfy sofas grouped in two areas, one around the TV, Freeview box, DVD and Video with videos and DVD's to watch and enjoy. At the other end of the room are more sofas grouped around the spacious sunny window seat with lots of cushions fitted into the south facing bay window which overlooks the garden.
From this lovely room a step down through an archway leads into the Garden Room with further seating (including a sofa bed for 2) and french doors to the good-sized patio area and garden beyond. This room has double sofa bed and chairs.
A double bedroom, with twin beds leads from this room with floor to ceiling windows pouring light into the room.
The spacious kitchen is recently fitted with central island with stools, nautical maps to whet your apetite for the sea and is fully equipped with double oven, microwave, American style fridge/freezer with ice maker and iced water, gas hob, extractor fan and dishwasher. A step from this room leads into the Utility Room which has washing machine and dryer, ample space for hanging and door to bin area. An arch from the kitchen leads to the breakfast room with pine table and chairs for 14, French doors to the garden and two individual window seats. The wi-fi that works throughout the house is in this room if a lead connection is required.
Upstairs, the enormous master bedroom sleeps four with King sized double bed and a single bed with pull out single bed under, large fitted cupboards and door to ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom is very spacious and has central claw footed bath, fully tiled floor, good sized walk in shower, wash hand basin and WC.
Bedroom 2 has double bed, fitted cupboard, chest of drawers and wash hand basin. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, chest of drawers and a wash hand basin and bedroom 4 has twin beds. There is a double hanging cupboard on the landing for these two rooms. The family bathroom comprises bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.
Outside this Suffolk holiday house is a good sized garden, fully enclosed with large patio area, barbeque and seating at table and chairs plus some loungers for those lovely sunny days. The garden is south facing and a real sun trap. Parking is on the private unmade up road.
