Holiday Cottages in the Bristol area

Bristol is a bustling city full of exciting things to see and do during you cottage holiday. Bristol has a wonderful mix of urban cottages in the cosmopolitan city itself and rural holiday cottages situated in stunning countryside. Bristol has an enchanting history for you to discover during your cottage holiday. If you want a holiday cottage with plenty of opportunity for shopping, Bristol is the place for you. There are the typical high street shops combined with many charming local boutiques and independent stores, located only a stone’s throw away from your holiday cottage. Holiday cottages along or near the Bristol Channel provide fantastic opportunities for boating and other water sports. Bristol Harbour had recently been redeveloped and there are now many restaurants, museums, galleries and shops for you to visit during your cottage holiday.

There are also many larger holiday cottages in the villages surrounding Bristol. These cottages tend to have beautiful gardens and lovely views, cosy open fires and plenty of rustic charm. You can use your countryside cottage as a base to explore the beautiful Somerset countryside and holiday cottages in the Bristol area also benefit from their proximity to the coast. If wildlife and birdwatching is what you enjoy most there are also holiday cottages.

Our self- catering holiday cottages give you the chance to sample both local and international food at Bristol’s many restaurants, quaint cafés and local pubs during your cottage break.

Other popular holiday cottage destinations in the Bristol area include: holiday cottages in the modern town of Keynsham, fantastically located between Bristol and Bath and holiday cottages in the historic coastal town of Portishead.
