Marketing
Our marketing is all aimed at ensuring that we maximise the bookings for your cottage. So with that in mind we advertise extensively both through our website, Google ads and in the national press.  We use the latest computerised booking system to match holiday makers to suitable cottages and will keep you fully informed on the level of bookings we receive.

We operate in Kent, Sussex, Suffolk, Norfolk and the West Country.  The holiday lets market in these regions is very strong and continues to grow year on year, it is set to be heightened with the Golf Open in 2011 which is being held at Royal St George’s in Sandwich, Kent and also the Olympics in 2012. Flexibility
We try to be as flexible as possible with you and impose as few limits as possible on the time you have it yourself; but we do assume it is available to let unless you tell us otherwise.  Our aim is to work in partnership with you and unlike other agencies we do not hold rental until after a booking has taken place - you will receive it in the month it is given to us - a huge help when budgeting. 

Preparing Your Cottage
We can advise on all aspects of letting: the standard of decoration and furnishings, those 'must have' gadgets for the kitchen and keep you up to date on the latest Health & Safety Regulations.  We will come and view your property personally, provide you with a suggested inventory and even offer a full furnishing service if you require.

What to Do Next
