This lovely Victorian detached four storey house is right next to the sea in the charming seaside town of Deal which is only a short distance from Sandwich in Kent, the location of The Golf Open 2011. This house will sleep up to 8 guests in four double bedrooms and has an ensuite shower room and two family bathrooms. Deal is an attractive town and has many shops, bars and restaurants and is only a short distance to St George's Golf Club along the Ancient Highway into Sandwich. The rental price for the period of The Golf Open 2011 9th to18th July is £8,000.

The house is approached from the sea front road up steps to the front door and into the hallway. The large sitting room is on this floor with wonderful views over the Channel; there is comfortable seating and a flat screen TV with Sky+ and DVD player. There is also broadband Wi Fi available. The main bathroom is also on this floor, with bath, separate shower, WC and basin.
The kitchen and dining area are downstairs in the basement. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, double range oven, gas hob and extractor fan. There is a separate utility room with the washing machine, dryer and the freezer. The dining room/sun room is next to the kitchen with tables and seating for 8-10 guests. There is more seating at the end of this room and French doors lead onto the enclosed south facing garden. There are garden chairs, table and a barbeque.
On the 1st floor at the back of the house is the music room with a baby grand piano. It is possible to add a single bed to this room if required.
On the 2nd floor is the main bedroom with two large windows giving a superb sea view. There is an ensuite shower room with WC and basin. The second bedroom is next to the main bedroom and could be a single, large double or twin. This room can share the shower room. There is a door from this bedroom into a roof conservatory with table, chairs and double doors to a balcony overlooking the sea.
On the 3rd floor are a further 2 double bedrooms, one has sea views and one has garden views. There is a bathroom with corner shower, WC and basin.
There is plenty of parking on the roads near to the property. Children are welcome but not suitable for young children due to the many stairs.
