This house is presented in immaculate condition with luxury fittings and high levels of comfort in mind. On three floors with spacious accommodation ideal for entertaining, it would make a really wonderful base for The Golf Open Championship in 2011. The owners have thought of everything from the enchanting gazebo in the garden with sofas and armchairs to the crystal and bone china in the dining room. The main sitting room has a contemporary and stylish with every conceivable high tech appliance including Bose sound system and large flatscreen TV with doors leading onto a balcony - a great way to relax after a day at the Golf Open. All in all this is a stunning and very luxurious house ideal for those looking to stay somewhere really special.
The rental price for the period of The Golf Open Championship 2011 9th to 18th July 2011 is £10000.

The house is situated in a small private estate within walking distance of The Open 2011. It has parking available for 2 or more cars on the driveway. The front door leads into the hallway with doors to the guest cloakroom with wc and wash hand basin and a utility room with, washing machine, tumble dryer and sink and hanging space for coats and a storage area for shoes.
The formal dining room is on this floor and provides a perfect room for entertaining, with crystal glass ware and fine china. The table extends to seat 10/12. There is a small double sofa bed available for extra guests.
A door from the dining room leads to the lovely sheltered garden, with water feature. Sofas and armchairs are arranged under a gazebo, there is a dining table and chairs for 8 with large parasol, and also a double day bed. The garden is floodlit and has speakers for the music system.
Upstairs to the first floor and into the well equipped kitchen/ breakfast room, which has dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, electric oven, gas hob and table seating 6. There is an ipod doc for the Bose sound system and Flatscreen tv with Humax box.
From the hall into the sitting room, with comfortable seating for nine, flatscreen tv with Sky+ HD, Blue Ray and Cinema surround sound and ipod doc. Doors lead onto a balcony with table and chairs, a lovely place to sit and relax in the evening.
Into the hallway, then up to the 2nd floor where there are four bedrooms, all fitted with luxurious linen:
The master bedroom has a 5ft bed, built in wardrobes, tv with dvd and door to
ensuite shower room with walk in shower, wc and basin.
Bedroom 2 is a double room with 4'6'' double bed, built in wardrobes, tv and views to the front. Bedroom 3 is a double room with 4'6'' double bed with built in wardrobes, tv and views to the rear. Bedroom 4 is a single bedroom with built in wardrobes, tv and front views.
All of these bedrooms are beautifully decorated, the curtains are silk and the beds all have designer bedlinen. Every thought has been given to provide all guests with a haven to retire to, and a very comfortable nights sleep.
The main fully tiled bathroom has bath with shower over, wc and basin.
This really is a beautiful house which has all the amenities and luxuries to make a stay in Sandwich very memorable.
