We use no chemicals from growth to glass and our cider is fermented and aged in single malt whisky casks giving Rough Old Wife a distinctive and award winning flavour. You will have the opportunity to taste and purchase direct from us during your visit. Simon & Andy, the cider makers, will be on hand to answer all your questions and for those wanting to take it further cider making courses are available.
