Canterbury Festival of Arts

This beautiful city is known for it’s quirky individuality as well as its stunning architecture making it the perfect place to host the largest arts and music festival in the South East region. The charm of the city can be explored in different ways; take a boat trip along the Stour, take a walk up

The Canterbury Festival attracts around 70,000 people from all over the UK between the 17th and 29th October so that they can enjoy over 200 free or ticketed events. These events range from classical music presentations such as The Ghosts of Ruddigore to a carnival of art made from other people’s junk! One of the biggest highlights is also the Grammy award winning Soweto Gospel Choir peformance that will commence the festival. Tickets for this are from as little as £10 and all tickets can be booked online at http://www.canterburyfestival.co.uk/home.aspx
