Miles of sandy beach at the Witterings

On a lovely hot summer’s day, children adore paddling in the sea, searching for shrimps in the many rock pools or building wonderful sandcastles and playing beach games.   Our seaside holiday cottages in the Witterings are ideal for a holiday all year round.

All year fun at The Witterings

Short breaks in the winter mean wild and wintery walks along the miles of sandy beach, perfect for blowing the cobwebs away and then back to the holiday cottage in the Witterings for a warming bowl of soup and hunks of delicious bread and cheese.

With Chichester just down the road, if you do feel like an injection of culture or a shopping trip, all is possible.

The Cathedral is wonderful

This cathedral city has an abundance of wonderful historic buildings, the Pallant Art Gallery and in summer there is the Chichester Arts Festival, held all around the city.  The Chichester Festival Theatre has productions from the West End and the US, with an amazing array of well known actors visiting.
