Heard about the goldfish? We really are a nation of Pet Lovers!

We loved the story this week about the devoted owner of a goldfish in Norfolk paid £300 for an operation to relieve it of its constipation, wow, a very lucky goldfish!

How far would you go to save your pet's life?

How far would you go to save your pet’s life?

We really do love our pets and will go to huge lengths to look after them and keep them happy.  Luckily we have hundreds of lovely cottages dotted all over the UK which are pet friendly, so if you feel the same way as the chap from Norfolk, you can have a lovely self catering holiday in the country or by the sea, where your pet can have as much fun as you!  With the excesses of Christmas and New Year behind us, this is the perfect time of year to head off for some fresh air and benefit from the low season as cottages all over the UK are such good value all the way up to the Easter holidays.

If you love the seaside….why not visit Rye, great beach walks, gorgeous cottages at Camber such as Bridge Farmhouse at Winchelsea.
