This Easter visit Rye and its history

In the cinque port town of Rye we have a cottage full of charm with quaint features, positioned right in the heart of town. This lovely period holiday cottage called Knot Cottage, is on two floors and sleeps 3 people; it is a very homely and comfortable property.

With newborn lambs and pretty daffodils surrounding the town that was once surrounded by sea, this hilltop town played an important role in the defence of the south coast of England many years ago.
