About Bereweeke Coach House


Located in a quiet, leafy residential area of Winchester, Bereweeke Coach House is a fabulous three bedroom holiday home with private parking and compact terrace area for alfresco dining surrounded by well-tended flower beds. Bereweeke Coach House is detached and located within the grounds of a private exclusive apartment development. Inside, the property has a warm and welcoming feel with excellent quality furnishings. There's a large living area with dining table and doors to the outside terrace, whilst a separate more formal dining room offers more space if you fancy rustling up something fancier to eat for a special occasion and eating in more comfort. The kitchen boasts a Nespresso machine and upstairs are two double bedrooms, one being en-suite, and a single bedroom.

A 20 minute stroll and you're in the heart of historic Winchester with all its history, festivals and gastronomy to enjoy. If you've overdone in on the shopping, the bus will drop you back every 15 minutes for your return!

Spacious and perfect for families to explore Winchester and Hampshire beyond, the Bereweeke Coach House would also make convenient luxury accommodation for business travellers and families who need to be in the Winchester area for reasons other than a holiday.

A number of historical sites are close-by too, including Winchester Cathedral, Jane Austen's last accommodation, the Great Hall, and many others.

Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, double oven, gas hob, Nespresso machine, washing machine/dryer and fridge freezer.

Open plan living/dining area with patio doors leading to small paved terrace. TV/ wireless printer / Freeview TV. Table for up to 5 to eat and very comfortable sofa and chairs.

Separate dining room with large table for 6.

First Floor

Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2) King sized double bed. TV. Ensuite bath/shower room with WC. This bedroom can be a twin on request.

Bedroom 2 (sleeps 1) Singles bed and wardrobe

Bedroom 3 (sleeps 2) Queen sized double bed. TV.

Family shower room with WC.

Outside

Small terrace with table and chairs. Flower beds to the front and side of the house, parking for one car in driveway.
