About Greystones

With its diamond pane windows, glorious oak beams and stunning garden, Greystones is a beautifully picturesque brick built period property oozing with quirky English charm. Nestled in the countryside of Hampshire it also boasts views of rolling green hills and pastures, making stepping out for a long walk very appealing to any guest.

With a traditional pub within walking distance and the pretty town of Stockbridge and city of Winchester only a short drive, there is plenty to do whilst you stay.

Staying indoors is just as appealing, every room is unique and quirky with original wooden doors and features. This combined with light and modern comfortable furniture, creates the charm and originality of the house.

The kitchen is a wonderfully sociable area complete with an AGA to cook on and warm up next to. The sitting room is very cosy with a large ornate log fire, a plush fluffy rug and big sofa.

With spacious and light bedrooms decorated with English country charm, Greystones is a peaceful place to relax in and enjoy.

This house is ideal for families and makes the perfect home from home. It includes a playroom filled with toys, a large garden with a climbing frame, duck pond and a terrace to enjoy alfresco dining and BBQ.

Separate WC.

Playroom with Sky TV.

Conservatory with chairs and door to garden and separate snug area with sofa bed.

Sitting room with comfortable seating and large Sky TV. Log fire with a stock of logs provided.

First Floor:

Bedroom 1: (sleeps 2) King size bed with shower in the room.

Bedroom 2: (sleeps 2) Two single beds.

Bedroom 3: (sleeps 2) King size bed with TV.

Bedroom 4: (sleeps 2) Bunk beds more suitable for children but large enough for adults.

Original style family bathroom with bath and shower over. WC and bidet.


Large garden with plenty of open space. Children's play area and gravel terrace area in the garden with outside chairs and table. Parking for 4 cars in private drive.
