About The Arches

St Thomas's church on Southgate Street was originally built in 1845 and had latterly been used as the council's Records Office after falling out of religious use in 1969. You now have the opportunity to stay in this magnificent conversion that comprises 9 individually designed modern apartments.

The Arches is on the ground floor. The open and airy apartment has wonderful high ceilings complemented by a clean, white, minimalist kitchen with central island feature; including an induction hob and boiling hot water tap. A built in sound system and designer lighting shows off the splendour of the comfortable living space that comprises a lower level with kitchen/dining area that leads to the bedroom and gorgeous en suite bathroom. A mezzanine level above houses a splendid living area with comfortable seating and TV zone from where to relax and admire the arched windows and glass surround.

The owners of the Arches at St Thomas's church have cleverly dressed and furnished the space, combining local Winchester touches to the decor that fits effortlessly with the historic feel of this magnificent building. The Arches at St Thomas's holiday rental in Winchester is just the ticket for couples wanting a luxury holiday rental in Winchester.
