"The accommodation was lovely, the other touches like a baked cake and a bottle of wine amongst other things was amazing and we had a really nice stay. I would definitely recommend it."February 2015
"In late May I had a long week to look forward to staying in South Downs Cottage No 1 with my wife and children. On arrival we were kindly greeted by the owners who gave us a delightful introduction and showed us around the cottage. Since we were one of the first to stay there we were instantly impressed by the quality and luxurious feel to the place. The rooms were all spacious, light and comfortable with lots of attention to detail. My wife was very happy to be able to use the hot tub, the older kids were happy with the DVD's kindly provided and the youngest were thankful for the basket of toys in their room. The cottages were situated in a beautiful, serene location with wide ranging views and the week went by with lots of day trips out as well time spent in because we just had to use some of the facilities on offer at the cottage--the hot tub is a must! Overall, I would recommend Wallops Wood to anyone looking to enjoy some time in a nice location close to lots of attractions and in a cottage that has been thoughtfully designed by the owners and will always guarantee you a comfortable stay Thanks!"May 2014
"My family stayed at the cottages for a wedding reception and were seriously impressed. Huge, well equipped rooms all with en-suite. Toys had been left for out for the children, essentials in the fridge, home made cake and a hot tub. Heaven. A great place to hold a wedding reception too as the view is wonderful and the location very private. We would definitely go again."June 2014
"…we had a lovely stay. The cottage was very well equipped, really comfortable beds and pillows, and suited us ideally with its spacious open-plan layout. I was envious of the kitchen! And we even used the hot tub a few times! We would certainly come and stay again if the opportunity arises."June 2014
"We recently stayed here for a weekend and it was fantastic! The hosts provide everything you need even a welcome pack containing a lovely Victoria sponge, beer, milk, bread and apple juice. The cottages are very well equipped and in a beautiful location"June 2014
