This enchanting Isle of Wight holiday cottage is situated on the sands in the quintessential coastal Isle of Wight address of Steephill Cove, as featured on Channel 4's Penelope Keith's Coastal Villages . You will be able to supervise the family's rock pooling or keep an eye on the BBQ, from your own expansive private decking raised just meters from the beach.

Inside the cottage has been renovated to a high standard with a modern kitchen complete with double oven and gas hobs, as well as your own espresso machine, perfect for a morning pick me up. The sitting room welcomes you with a relaxing sofa and snug armchairs huddled around the wood burner, all the windows from the sitting room are lucky to enjoy remarkable views south across the channel. The dining room is the perfect place to enjoy a family meal at the end of a day spent on the beach with it's exposed wood floors and thick walls at the heart of the room is a smart dining table with seating for 8. The southern aspect of the property is bordered by a large deck perched over the rocks, a prime location for alfresco dining or even just to catch the last of the evening rays on the sun loungers.

Upstairs three bedrooms all have idyllic far reaching views. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, wood paneled ceiling and views over the cove. Whilst the two children's rooms are interconnecting, one with two singles and the other with two single beds. All bedrooms have exquisite sea views through the thick stone walls of this unique and quirky beach-side cottage. Both children's rooms have the option to have an extra pull out bed supplied on request.

Beachside Cottage: sleeps 5 with three bedrooms, sitting room, modern kitchen, outdoor terrace overlooking the sea and private parking.

Ground Floor

Kitchen with Gas range master cooker and double gas hob, fridges, microwave, coffee espresso machine, toaster, sea views from the rear window. This property is also equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. 
 
Dining Room with table and chairs for 6, coastal views. Door leads into the kitchen. 

Downstairs WC

Sitting Room with large comfortable sofa and footstools, TV, DVD, log burner, book shelves, nautical decoration. 

First Floor

Master Bedroom (sleeps 2) Wood panelled bedroom with a king size bed, TV and views of Steephill Cove.

Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) Twin bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe

Please note the parking space for this property is at the top of a hill and the path down to the property is quite steep and narrow. The path is about 100m. Therefore this property may not be suitable for people with mobility problems. There is no vehicular access to the property or beach.
